Dr. Feldman is a licensed, board-certified family medicine physician with a strong focus on integrative and functional medicine. She takes a comprehensive approach to care, working to understand root causes while supporting patients in achieving meaningful, lasting improvements in their health. Her work emphasizes whole-person wellness and helping patients move beyond symptom management toward true healing.
Her interest in integrative and functional medicine developed during her residency training, where she pursued additional experience in natural and holistic approaches to care. This early exposure shaped her commitment to expanding treatment options and addressing the underlying drivers of chronic illness.
Dr. Feldman completed medical school at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago. She then completed her residency at the MacNeal Hospital Family Medicine Residency in Berwyn, Illinois, one of the oldest and most renowned family medicine programs in the state. During her three years of training, she pursued her passion for integrative and functional medicine, including time working with Dr. Andrew Weil’s program in Integrative Medicine in Tucson, Arizona, and at a natural medicine clinic in Chicago.
After residency in 2008, Dr. Feldman opened Integrative Family Health Associates in La Grange, Illinois, an insurance based integrative primary care clinic. Although the practice was successful, she found that it only helped a small fraction of her patients truly achieve or maintain optimal health. This realization, along with her own personal health journey, led her to seek more effective ways to support her patients.
In 2015, she founded Vitality Wellness Partners, a functional wellness practice outside of the insurance model. Through this approach, her patients experienced significantly greater success in reaching their health goals. Wanting to continue offering strong primary care while expanding functional medicine services, Dr. Feldman developed a Hybrid Practice model.
In 2018, she opened Vitality Family Health, an innovative model designed to provide high-quality primary care while also supporting patients in improving their overall health. Through this approach, patients receive comprehensive care along with ongoing support to achieve better long-term outcomes.
Dr. Feldman believes that effective healthcare requires addressing the root causes of illness while supporting patients with practical tools and guidance. She is committed to helping patients make meaningful changes that lead to sustainable improvements in their health.
Vitality Family Health & Wellness Partners is located in Oak Brook, Illinois, and serves patients throughout the Greater Chicagoland Area and the entire state of Illinois. These areas include but are not limited to the downtown Chicago area, surrounding suburbs, central, northern, and southern Illinois, and southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana.
