My husband and I have searching for more open-minded pediatric practice and found Vitality Family Health. Having done the consult and the establish care visit, I am more than happy to state that this place, and everything it encompasses, is amazing. It is a relief to be able to talk with like minded doctors and not feel judged about the choices you make in regards to your family health/well being. It truly does feel like a family setting and would recommend this practice to everyone. There was no sense of being rushed out the door, or the feeling of not being able to ask any question, the doctor answered all my questions and still asked me in the end if I had more. Everyone was extremely patient with my super active 2yr old and 7 month old. We feel very comfortable with this place and look forward to staying with them for a long time. Thank you to everyone for your understanding, patience and knowledge.

Their approach to health and wellness is top notch. Life changing care. They listen to you and take time to uncover any issue you may have and take careful thought on a plan to make you feel better. Best decision I ever made was to come to Vitality!!!

My kids and I joined VFH about a year ago and it was the best decision we could have made. Everyone we have worked with have been so kind and helpful. Love that we have longer appointments where the doctors are genuinely interested in learning more about us and our health. They have all been wonderful at offering suggestions to better our health as well. I would recommend VFH to any family and friends especially those who would appreciate informed consent.

A true family practice with staff that actually spends quality time with each patient. The staff also gets to know each person without having to just look at a file. Their communication and follow up via phone and email has been above and beyond. Our family of 4 has been part of this family for 7+ years and we are very pleased. We are a healthier family because of this practice.

Everyone at Vitality goes above and beyond to help their patients with whatever issue they need assistance with. What I love the most about Vitality is the extensive blood work they perform to see exactly what is going on in your body and then they go over the issues that are concerning. I highly recommend Vitality to people of all ages.

I started going to see Dr Kori Feldman when she was in La Grange it was maybe 2010. It took me fours years to find a Doctor to prescribe me for the natural thyroid meds that I wanted. Dr Feldman was an answer to this prayer. My first visit with her I instantly loved her protocol and she spent great amount of time with her patients. I finally found a Doctor that understand and respected my natural healing modalities. She started to become maybe popular and then was seeing maybe only new patients. The first nurse practitioners I had to see - I did like. But the last time I went I had to see another and well, I did not go back. Now they have the Direct Primary Care Plan. I would only consider if I could see Dr Feldman on this membership. Dr Kori Feldman you are terrific! Thank you for the time you have spent with me. Not sure yet if I will be back.
